When you embed the presentation with customized layout, you will find the presentation is vertical align to middle, but the logo is always keep on the bottom, so it is so hard for you to adjust a right height to keep the logo avoid cover on the presentation. We have noticed this problem, too. So we make an enhancement on the vertical alignment. Now the presentation is keep vertical align on the top and logo keep on the bottom, so that you can easy adjust the height for your presentation.
However, when user click to full screen mode of the presentation. The presentation is still vertical align to middle.
